Conservation Volunteers Australia will be holding a free public meeting to discuss the Low Carbon Diet and ways in which community and businesses can reduce their carbon footprint.

Good to finally see and hear the man whose name is so well known.
How much renewable (and sustainable) energy is there? Geothermal energy estimates alone would power the world for 4,000 years. Transitioning doesn’t have to mean frugality.

I never remember my green bags at the shops – they’re usually in the back of the car. I had an epiphany after the last meeting. Now I just ask the checkout person to pass all the items through and I just throw them back in the trolley. Then I pack them into green bags in the boot of the car. It makes it much quicker to get through the checkout and the kitchen doens’t fill with plastic bags.
